How to Place Your Instant Pickup Order

- Note: You only need to pay the product amount. Do not include the shipping fee in your payment, as you will be paying the rider directly through your chosen app.
2. Confirm via WhatsApp
Once your payment is complete, send a screenshot of the transaction along with your Order ID to our official WhatsApp number. This allows our team to verify and start packing your items immediately.
3. Wait for the “Ready” Notification
Our team will carefully pack your parcel to ensure it is secure for the ride. Once it is ready, we will message you on WhatsApp to let you know you can now book your rider.
4. Book Your Bykea or inDrive
Open your preferred app (Bykea or inDrive) and set the pickup to our location (we will provide the exact pinned location via WhatsApp).
- Service Type: Choose “Delivery” or “Courier.”
- Payment: You will pay the delivery charges to the rider yourself according to the app’s fare.
5. Share Rider Details
After a rider accepts your request, share the Rider’s Name, Phone Number, and Vehicle Number with us. We will only hand over your parcel once we verify these details for your security.
