• We offer a full refund with no deductions if the order is canceled before it has been dispatched. However, once the order is shipped, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
• If you have any concerns about your order, we encourage you to contact our customer support team immediately. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is incorrect, or does not match the description, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

• Used, worn, or altered products will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• Items that are non-returnable include customized products, promotional items, or items marked as final sale.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details and reason for return.

2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

3. Pack the product securely and send it back using a trusted courier service.

4. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is or incorrect.

• If a replacement product is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered.

4. Right to Reject Returns

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request if:

• The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
