IMPORTANT: Once a product is installed on a bike, fitted, or used, it is NOT accepted for return or exchange, regardless of the time passed. Please thoroughly inspect all parts for fitment and quality before attempting installation.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
Before Dispatch: You are eligible for a full refund with no deductions if you cancel before the order is shipped.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed to the courier, it is no longer eligible for a standard refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Strict Eligibility Criteria:
Items must be brand new, unused, and never installed.
Products must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
Non-returnable items: Customized products, promotional/sale items, and any items showing signs of mounting, bolt marks, or scratches.
Return Process & Shipping

Approval & Shipping: Once approved, pack the item securely and send it via a trusted courier service.
Inspection: We will process your exchange or store credit within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
FancyBikes.pk will be responsible for return shipping costs if the wrong product was sent due to human error.Refund Scope: Please note that only the product cost will be refunded; original Shipping and Tax charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee Rs 1,000/-
The RS. 1,000/- booking amount is non-refundable if a parcel is returned to us due to:
Refusal to accept the delivery.
Consignee being unavailable or unreachable by the courier.
Reason: Courier companies charge for every delivery attempt and return journey; this fee covers those logistics and packaging costs.
Delivery & Bulk Orders
Courier: We use Leopards Courier (3–5 working days delivery across Pakistan).
Tracking: While we assist with updates, the courier operates independently and is responsible for transit delays.
Bulk Orders: We require full payment in advance for all bulk order processing and dispatch.
