This polishing bar works with a buffing wheel or cloth.

1. Load Compound: Lightly touch the bar to a spinning buffing wheel or rub it onto a clean polishing cloth to transfer the compound.
2. Polish Steel: Apply the loaded wheel or cloth to the rusty steel surface. Rub or buff with moderate pressure until rust is removed and desired shine is achieved.
